Mad Splatter ; Devil and a Jesus

 

  Oct 29, 2016   The Pegasus Lounge had a hellish gathering of biblical proportions. Death Metal Fans swarmed the bar at around 8 Pm. to bare witness to some of the best Tampa Bay has to offer.

                                                                                     Two nights prior to All Hallows Eve the Sexiest of Goblins and Ghouls conceived to scream out at God and Man alike through music of our own created delight. Not one not two but a thousand seamed like, at least a Good Hundred my double vision gave sight. Damn Hypocrisy and Dammit  to Greed and Damn all you Pussies too scared to scream; then the music called out "Let no one be caged, tonight we see Satan and Jesus on stage!"


The show began with Grasping at the Shadow; front man Dylan Holcomb had family obligations and was unable to attend so the band opened the mic to any and all and "Holly Feast of Screams BatMan" did they open a trick r treat bag from Hell. First song had a swapping of the mic never seen before; only got a few pics of the different singers and some video floating around Facebook. Excellent performance  by the band \m/

    The next two Devilish Acts of Horror  Untoten Kreig  and Unsung Destroyer
the Conquerors of the night with the largest of crowd sacrifice. Rage and Blood and puffy snow boots, even a Trani ; wait... what??!!!
Those of you who still have yet to see these bands your missing out. Wont be long and you'll have to be paying lawn seat prices for nosebleed seats.

3 Knuckles Deep  Brutal on stage makes for brutality in the pitt  \m/   always love when the brothers from Zellwood trek down for a visit!  you best be on your game during one of their songs. "Damn those little blond elbows are tuff!"  you will show your love or you will be made to do so..... \m/

Regurgitated Pus          \m/ (^..^)  \m/    Front man fill in deja vu  with the same intensity we've come accustomed to. Noah Richards from Black Metal band  Kav  covering Ellis on mic ,didn't show any signs of weakness dominating the stage.

Come the "witching hour"
Mad Splatter, fronted by Jesus' screams, put the nail in the coffin with Lucifer himself reaming  bass lines from the bottom   of Hell    \m/  thanks to all who topped the night with us.
by the approach for the "hour of the jackal" the show was over and the parking lot was empty. We had a great turn out and worshiped every curdling moment

A Mad Splatter Three Knuckles Deep Vomit Stain sited in Z-hills

Once again Mad Splatter is astounded by how well Brian can cook such delicious chicken \m/  







Vomit Stain was in the area for a show the night before at Brass Mug , we politely requested they  come do a jam with us at a house party ; when they agreed we then begged for Three Knuckles Deep to come and join in on the festivities. Most importantly \MAD/ appreciation to Omayra Figueroa for taking such perfect pictures of the event; we all know "grab a pic or it didn't happen"

    And "Huge" thank yous to everyone who went on Facebook live with feeds of the band's. Everyone looks and sounded Awsome for no sound set on stage; Well we had a small PA  Mad uses for rehearsal and not much else, just set up in the front yard had the band's park their trailers behind the stage area for a back wall and "Jammed the fuck out"
     Used a philodendron as a back drop with two double floodlights mounted on polls placed on opposite ends of the stage area out in front. Made for an up close and personal pit area \m/ 

Add in some "action" spinning party bulbs and a passing freight train every 20 minutes and we had a show y'all  \m/ ^..^ \m/         
                        cooking started around 11am. Drinking started about the same time
      Mad Splatter took the "boxcrate" at around about 8:30pm.  Saw some friendly familiar faces.     used a lot of mosquito spray  and enjoyed every humid moment of it.

    Wow!  You guys thrashed the fuck out. Dusty didn't even call any body out for being pussys. Everyone looked like a roaring back of Mad-Fucks  that's cool. If you guys look like you enjoy it makes us put in more. Thank you for having fun with us
  Three Knuckles Deep   from one Swamp to another rolls in from Sanford to dominate the dirt stage with a powering control over some epic Mosh Pits of their own  love these guys Metalneck and his crew always bring a good show
  Vomit Stain hiking down from Virginia on a mini tour graced us all with a face melting set and in the end succumb to our request and even gave us an encore song before finishing the night off.
